We offer SneakPeek!

Women’s Health

Being a woman is not always easy. Just as we get to know our “normal” there are surprises and new symptoms that may arise, especially on the journey towards menopause. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

As trauma-informed providers, we will gently guide you through your visit and exam, making sure you are comfortable and that it’s a safe space for you to seek the help you need.

We offer Pap smears and basic GYN needs — including support for UTI, yeast infections, and concerns with your cycle (period) to name a few. Cost guide.

We can also discuss hormonal prescriptions to help regulate your cycle or for pregnancy prevention.

Natural Family Planning also offered and discussed.

NEW integrated medicine appointments for a deep dive into your hormones and all wellness factors that affect the way we function! More about these visits: Here

Perinatal Mental Health

“During my time as a midwife I have learned just how much mental health plays in the role of a mother. My passion led me to a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (that is, the mental health of the mother all through pregnancy AND postpartum period.)”

— Lisa Vance, Owner, Streams of Life

After an assessment, I will discuss a plan that is best for the mother, including medications and/or referral for further counseling.
